Egypt Plans New Sovereign Industrial and Africa Investment Funds
Egypt's investment minister announced plans for a sovereign-led industrial fund and a separate fund focused on private sector investment in Africa, according to Daily News Egypt.

Egypt is preparing to launch a sovereign-led industrial investment fund aimed at strengthening manufacturing and increasing exports, according to Daily News Egypt.
The outlet reported that Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Mohamed Farid made the announcement on Tuesday during a meeting with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, where he set out the proposed investment structure for the industrial fund.
Daily News Egypt said a separate fund is also planned, targeting private sector investments across Africa.
