Red Sea Governorate has opened applications to regularise the status of land held inside the city cordons of its towns, for holders who want to complete a transfer of title. If you miss your window

Anyone who does not apply during their own subdivision's period can still come forward from 20 to 24 December 2026, and then from 27 to 31 December 2026.

The governorate added that it is continuing to receive applications for youth land until the rules governing them have been finalised and announced. It urged residents and the entities concerned to go to the relevant technology centre within their window to complete the documents and take the necessary steps.
