Youm7 has set out the youth, sports and social-service works under way in the Red Sea governorate town by town — from an acrylic court at Safaga's El Salam Club to relief centre work in Safaga, El Quseir, Shalatin and Ras Ghareb. No costs or completion dates are given.
17 October 2026
The Red Sea governorate's current investment plan includes a run of youth, sports and social-service buildings under construction or being upgraded across Hurghada, Safaga, El Quseir, Marsa Alam, Shalatin and Ras Ghareb. Youm7 set the works out town by town in two listings published on 17 October.
Both listings describe works in progress rather than finished facilities, and neither gives costs or completion dates.
