Thirteen Shops and Cafés Sealed on Hurghada's Tourist Promenade Over Unpaid Debts

Eleven shops and two cafeterias on Hurghada's tourist promenade, the Mamsha, have been sealed with wax over unpaid debts, according to Ahram Gate.
