Hurghada school places first nationally in Schools Without Smoking initiative

The Al-Fareeq Youssef Afifi basic education school, part of the Hurghada educational administration, has placed first nationally for the preparatory stage in the "Schools Without Smoking" initiative, which runs under the slogan "My strength is in my health, and addiction is destructive."

Ashraf El-Arabi, the education ministry's undersecretary for the Red Sea, announced the result and congratulated the school's management and the winning pupils. The report does not say when the award was made, how many schools competed or what the placing carries with it.
