El Gouna Red Sea, the Orascom Development Egypt town on this coast, has announced a new collection of single-storey townhouses, called Skybound Townhome, in its SIBA El Gouna neighbourhood.
The developer says the homes come in layouts with two and three bedrooms and sit on an elevated edge of SIBA overlooking The Nines golf course. The collection was designed by the Barcelona architecture studio Mesura.
SIBA El Gouna is master-planned by Burton Design Studio, with separate studios designing the individual residential phases. The announcement gives no prices, unit numbers or handover dates.
