Red Sea Governorate has set aside places for representatives of the Real Estate Tax Authority inside the technology centres at the governorate's main offices and at the district offices, where they will give property owners technical support and guidance on their property tax declarations, according to Youm7.
The desks are there to help people complete the required procedures and file their declarations electronically, the governorate said. The step follows a circular issued by the Ministry of Local Development, and was reported the same day by Ahram Gate.
The governorate appealed to residents to use the dedicated support points inside the technology centres rather than working through the electronic system unaided, and to ask the tax authority's representatives for guidance on the filing steps.
Neither outlet published a filing deadline, opening hours, or a list of which district technology centres now have a tax representative on site — so anyone planning a visit will need to check with their own district office first.
