Hotels, travel companies and dive centres from the Red Sea governorate are taking part in the 2026 London international tourism exchange, which runs from 3 to 5 November, in a delegation that includes Red Sea Governor Walid El Barqi.

El Gabri, head of the chamber of travel and tourism companies, said the aim is to strengthen Hurghada's and Marsa Alam's place on the global tourism map, lift arrivals from European markets and open new channels with international tour operators.

The hotels and tourist facilities taking part plan to present their accommodation and leisure programmes and to look for new contracts with international travel companies. Dive centres and marine activities are a particular focus, alongside beach and cruise tourism.

Hurghada and Marsa Alam continue to draw visitors from the German, British, Polish and Czech markets, according to the report. The days of the fair are expected to bring professional meetings between Red Sea tourism representatives and international travel companies on future cooperation.
