South Hurghada district has cleared an unlicensed horse stable standing among tourist facilities on the villages road, saying it breached environmental requirements.
Staff from the district's building-control and environment departments, accompanied by facilities police, inspected the site and checked the stable's licences against the environmental conditions before it was emptied. The owner was warned to comply with the regulations and with environmental and health requirements.
Ayman Sultan, head of South Hurghada district, said field monitoring would continue across the district, covering environmental and building violations, obstruction of roads and encroachment on state land.
